Microsoft BI Consultant – Microsoft Business Intelligence Product Set - SQL Server 2005, SSAS / SSRS / SSIS, Proclarity / Performance Point / Sharepoint: Our client specialises in providing solutions and related consultancy in Business Intelligence and are actively looking to compliment their Microsoft-partnered BI team in their City of London UK HQ with an experienced consultant with previous experience working in a client facing role and possessing excellent communication skills. Applicants will need at least 2 years practical experience implementing the following Microsoft BI technologies: Reporting Services, Analysis Services, DTS / Integration Service and PerformancePoint Server. SQL 2005 Business Intelligence experience is a pre-requisite for the role as is a passion for Microsoft technologies in general. In addition Consultants should have experience in one or more of the following industry sectors: Banking, Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics. The position will suit a technical specialist looking to broaden their consultancy skills within major UK organisations. Experience of the following technologies is desirable: SharePoint (Windows SharePoint Services or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server); Dimensional Modelling Techniques. You will be required to travel and work on clients sites therefore mobility and flexibility is essential.
