Commercial Analyst (Qualified / Final stage ACCA / CIMA or QBE): A vacancy has arisen for maternity cover where the primary responsibilities will include preparation of reporting and analysis for this retail business.

The person my client are looking for will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work at fast pace, recognise key priorities quickly, thrive on change and take pride in consistently providing great service.
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record in management accounting, business acumen, effective time management and have advanced IT skills in Excel. They will also have a successful record in effective relationship management and will be able to quickly build rapport and respect with management at all levels, making an immediate impact in the business.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, including collection of sales and cost information from our sites and supplier to upload into our accounting system. Calculation of depreciation & disposals.
- Weekly production of reports, both weekly & trended positions showing various stats to be reviewed by the management team
- Reconciliation of site banking to the sales information collected and investigating differences.
- Raising payments for new applications.
- Providing ad hoc financial information to the Manager as well as helping to deal with Fraud issues.
- Dealing with invoices.
- Assisting with the implementation and upkeep of the new system.
- Assist in forecast and budget preparation.
- Ad hoc financial analysis as required.
- Preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly ANPR and parking reports.
