Semi / Senior Accountant
Our client, a small but successful Accountancy practice serving the SME sector, is looking to recruit a Senior Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing senior Accountant or a semi senior to join a small yet highly dynamic local Accountancy practice. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to recruit either an ACCA Finalist or qualified ACCA Accountant. Alternatively our client would consider applications from candidates who are part-qualified with significant Practice experience. The successful candidate will be looking after the accounts and tax requirements for a variety of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies from a variety of different industries and with varying needs. In addition you will be involved in the preparation of tax returns. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal together with the ability to manage more junior members of staff. It is essential you have previously worked in practice and preferably live in the St Albans area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small practice with a friendly team environment.
